Goodness one big, fat YES to this! It’s a parallel to 2x24 where Castle invited Beckett to join him in the Hamptons but she turned him down. You can see how surprised Castle is to hear a resounding “yes” to his invitation because he was already rejected before. Great character development. It goes to show how prepared the both of them are into taking another step in their relationship
